Tina Bloom is running for town board in Canandaigua.
The Republican served as deputy supervisor for three years, and will also seek the Conservative nod.
“I truly want to stay involved in the community,” she said. Serving on the town board has been a longtime goal of hers. “My passion has always been helping people.”
She is a former nurse, and works in medical sales. She’s been a resident of Canandaigua for 14 years.
Bloom was appointed deputy supervisor even though she was not elected to the town board. “I’ve done my best to stay involved and relevant since the 2017 election process,” she told The Canandaigua Messenger. “I feel like now is my time to put what I learned in the past four years into practice and hopefully earn the trust of the residents.”
