legislation is now before the supreme court and individual mandate are very unpopular with seniors. i think that in and of itself was the singleest bi biggest factor why the democrat lost midterm election and mike what the democrats are doing is using fear of the ryan plan which in my judgment disgo too far to try to get seniors to vote democratic. now the problem with the campaign and i think why what pat is doing with the 60 plus organization is so important. we have to move past scare politics. we have to talk about how do we preserve program for tech senior tech medicare social security that is rationale and fair and not scaring people. pat obama care gets taken away by the supreme court, frankly i think that will happen. i do too. does it take it off the table or still a good issue. no. this president the one who forced it down our throws
