Innocent bystander was killed as a result of this shootout. The police scene now stretching for blocks here on 198th street, evidence markers show the bullet casings left over from this shootout early this morning. Sources say the commotion started out in the street and then spread inside the store. They say that someone flagged two Police Officers down who went into the store and they were approached by a 30year old suspect who grabbed one of the officers guns and began firing.
