Delhiites woke up to a cold and foggy morning as the minimum temperature in the national capital on Thursday dipped to 4.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, the weather department said.
As per IMD, the maximum temperature in Delhi today is expected to be around 18 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 5 degrees Celsius.
Flight movement to and from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport remained affected on Wednesday with around 120 flights including international ones getting delayed by several hours.
