While presenting the budget themed around â
desh bhakti (patriotism)â, Kejriwal said that despite the lockdown last year, the Delhi government, unlike others, continued to provide free electricity, water, school education, healthcare and bus rides for women. âWe will continue to provide all these services for free in the next financial year as well. I want to congratulate the people of Delhi on this,â he said. Ar
