A 43-year-old travel agent, Ravinder Singh, who had been on the run for 12 years following his involvement in a fake visa case, was arrested by Delhi Police. The suspect was wanted in connection with a case dating back to May 29, 2012, when a deportee from Germany was intercepted at IGI Airport with a counterfeit visa.
