On Monday, Delhi recorded maximum and minimum temperatures of 20.3 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal and 12.3 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal range.
With a lower minimum during the 3rd week and possibly a few more days even in the last week, the month of February is expected to end colder than normal for Delhi.
