Punjab farm leaders have asserted that industries, vehicles, and construction contribute more than stubble burning are responsible for Delhi s air pollution. They said that Punjab is unfairly blamed, suggesting a conspiracy to defame farmers. They have called for assistance in managing crop residue and bonuses for small farmers.
