The department had banned the entry of heavy goods vehicles, except those carrying essentials, in the city from four borders, as a precautionary measure in view of the rising Yamuna water levels.
With the rise in water levels, Revenue Minister Atishi requested people living in relief camps not to return to their homes till the water falls below the ‘danger’ mark.
