New Delhi: After a flag bearing resemblance to Khalistani Bhindranwale was seen on a tractor in Ludhiana during the ‘Chakka jam’ movement, Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait said the locals will have to explain the incident.

“We will talk (to the people there). If it is indeed the case, it is wrong. This should not be done. If something is banned, it should not be displayed,” Tikait told ANI.
The United Nations Human Rights office on Friday called for 'maximum restraint' by both protesters and the government during the ongoing farmers' protest against the three farm laws. The remark comes just days after the protest drew international reaction from celebrities like Rihanna, Greta Thunberg and several others.
No untoward incident was reported in any part of the country during Saturday's protests though scores of people were detained in several states, including 50 at Shaheedi Park in the national capital which was brought under a thick security blanket in light of the violence during the farmers' tractor parade on January 26.
Delhi Police is going to take Google’s help to trace the IP address of the authors who uploaded the toolkit on the ongoing farmers’ protest in the national capital. According to news agency ANI, Delhi Police will write a letter to the internet search giant Google to get the IP address or the location from where the doc was made and uploaded on the social media platform. This is being done to identify the authors of the toolkit which was shared on the Google Doc, ANI said quoting Delhi Police sources.
