On Thursday, the Central Bureau of Investigation arrested BRS MLC K Kavitha in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. Kavitha, aged 46, was arrested by the ED from her residence in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, on March 15. Delhi Court extended her custody until April 23, following her appearance before the court upon the expiration of her previously granted judicial remand.
