The Delhi High Court is hearing a plea by Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal who has challenged his March 21 arrest by the ED and subsequent remand in connection with the Delhi excise policy case.
Since Kejriwal s counsel had submitted before Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court that Kejriwal has no objection to the custody/remand being extended further, ED said that the "petitioner has waived his right to question his custody".
