This really is a tragedy that unfolded here in south philadelphia this morning, just days before christmas, around 6 30 this morning, were told by accident investigation division, 83 year old woman crossing the street here at 24th street and washington, if you are familiar with this area, this is just north of point breeze, told by investigators she was wearing all black, she was crossing with the light at the time. But she may not have been across the street before the light turned green. Thats when she was struck by not one, but two different vehicles, told the first vehicle that struck her, a white car was driven by a man, that person pulled over, but not before a second vehicle hit her.
