PennDOT is planning extended single-lane restrictions Tuesday through Thursday on northbound Route 28 in Sharpsburg and Aspinwall, weather permitting. The restrictions will take place continuously from 7 a.m. Tuesday through 3 p.m. Wednesday between North Canal Street/Kittanning Pike and the Highland Park Bridge and 7 a.m. Wednesday through 3 p.m.
