Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, has stated that 90 percent of victims of last Tuesday's explosion have been discharged from various hospitals. The Governor noted that the Medical Team of the Emergency Operations Centre and the state's Commissioner for Health, Dr. Oluwaserimi Ajetunmobi, visited the two hospitals attending to victims. The governor stated this in
