WHATELY Tri-Town Beach commissioners are expecting a season of more summer camps, more programs and more fundraising in 2023.After a successful 2022 season, the beach is slated to open on Saturday, June 3, at 10 a.m., with season and day passes.

Polish American Club, others in South Deerfield close after possible COVID-19 exposure Published: 12/14/2020 7:45:13 AM SOUTH DEERFIELD The South Deerfield Polish American Club is closed temporarily after it was learned that someone associated with it may have been exposed to COVID-19 during Thanksgiving week. Select Board Chairwoman Carolyn Shores Ness said she had not heard of anyone displaying symptoms, but the club at 46 South Main St. has shut its doors until further notice. Shores Ness also said The Tavern Sports and the Hotel Warren, which share many of the same clientele with the Polish American Club, agreed to temporarily close as well. She said the town is doing contact tracing.
