Deer Shed Festival is set to roll over into 2022, organisers have confirmed. The independent, community minded event is located in Baldersby Park, North Yorkshire, welcoming thousands of fans each summer. Organisers worked desperately to piece together a weekend of performances for 2021, but it seems that the planning landscape is not yet secure enough for them to continue. In a statement, Deer Shed Festival confirmed that they would postpone until 2022, citing a lack of COVID cancellation insurance. The team added: The good news is, we have a back-up plan for summer 2021. Hi Deer Shedders, we have bad news. We ve made the difficult decision to postpone Deer Shed until 2022 due to a lack of COVID cancellation insurance.

James To Play Scarborough Open Air Theatre In September, Share New Single Beautiful Beaches Monday, 19 April 2021 James will head to the Yorkshire coast this year. The Manchester band will return to Scarborough Open Air Theatre on September 9, with tickets for the show on general sale at 9am on April 23. The performance will be one of the first opportunities to hear the group play new music from their upcoming 16th studio album, All The Colours Of You , due out on June 4 via Virgin Music Label and Artist Services (formerly Caroline International). To celebrate the news, James have shared a new song called Beautiful Beaches, which follows the previously unveiled first single and title track, released in March. Vocalist Tim Booth said:
