In the east bay, a disastrous combination of dry fuel, gusty wind and hilly terrain fires in alameda, contracosta and santa clara counties could explode in size. Burning at least 102,000 acres. New Evacuation Order have been issued tonight for residents east of san joses city limits. Residents of coastal communities all the way south to davenport and Santa Cruz County have been told to evacuate. Five large fires and a number of smaller ones burning in both counties have claimed 10,000 acres with zero percent containment.
