Take a look at satellite. Its all because of there area of low pressure continuing to rotate down to our south. Its moving away a little bit but not fast enough to take the clouds with it so were looking at clouds and sun. More clouds to the south today and more sun to the north. We also have visibility an issue for the second straight morning and occasionally youre going to run into some patchy fog. Reporter the northern suburbs generally got lighter rain, but now highlighted in yellow its in allentown and Delaware County and New Castle County is getting hit and parts of central south jersey, as well. Theres parts of break up in the rain down south. Later in the morning commute well see this die down. A flood watch is in effect until 4 00 p. M. This afternoon because of two days of pockets of steady rain creating run off on to roads. This covers all of south jersey and delaware, Delaware County and Philadelphia County and southeastern pennsylvania. These are the areas that have gotten the most rain. Do not drive or walk through flooded areas. We have a Flood Warning that popped up along the Christina River in noose cal the county delaware. Be careful of minor to moderate flooding allong that waterway. As we go out wider we are looking at Flood Warnings popping you mean in parts of kent and sussex
