You know, another fun thing you can do, too, is weve taken this log of creamy goat cheese and weve actually covered it in chopped parsley and some poppy seeds and a little bit of lavender flower. Mmhmm. And so thats a great way to kind of flavor something that is very creamy and has, like, a very natural, earthy flavor profile to it. Now, i got to ask you, salt and honey catering, thats your own business. Tell us about how that came to be, olivia. You know, it was it was a lot of hard work and kind of a dream. I was an avid home cook. I worked in restaurants in front of house but never in back of house, really. And so it, you know, learning every aspect of the business washing dishes, doing all of my own production, learning how to order. Its a labor of love. Mmhmm. I love what i do. All of the folks that ive been blessed to work with love what they do. Theyre very passionate. And its been such a great opportunity to really push myself and try something and work to be successful at it.
