brigadier general and the deputy director for mission integration. beth, i want to start with you. you have the united states again releasing what it says is putin s war plan. we have seen this over the past several weeks. declassified information, then released by the white house and other intelligence agencies to reporters talking about what putin is up to. at this point saying that he has a plan. it would start with missile attacks. take out airfields and other key systems. is there value in that? are they trying to essentially say, mr. putin, we re watching your every move, tracking your every communication. what is the goal there? i do think it is to keep everybody on their toes and part of it is because of this disconnect, i think, between europe and the united states on where things stand. i think the intelligence, what we re hearing is that the intelligence is very clear but the one thing that is lacking is our understanding about putin s intent. there s clarity on that, too,
