Rosemary “Happy” Miller, 82, of Winter Haven, FL, passed away peacefully in her sleep unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 9th, 2021. She was born on December 12th, 1938 in Duluth, MN to Henry and Margaret Kennedy, where she developed her lifelong nickname of “Happy” by her father because she was the happiest baby. Happy graduated in 1957 from East High School in Duluth, MN and went on to marry Richard “Dick” Gajewski with whom she had four children. Happy dedicated many years to raising their children and assisted in running Bay Side Market alongside her husband, Dick. Happy later married Dennis “Denny” Miller, where they lived and enjoyed many years on Little Pequaywan Lake. This is where she developed her love for ceramics and taught many classes from her home. Later, after the death of her husband, Denny, she decided she was no longer for the cold Minnesota winters and moved to Winter Haven, FL, where her sister resides.
