Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, the Los Angeles-based private equity firm that owned the popular bakery, reached the deal Friday with Roark Capital. Terms weren’t disclosed. Nothing Bundt Cakes becomes Roark’s 92nd franchise or multi-location brand.
