She said the artists has failed drug screenings while on probation and says in an unscheduled probation visit to his home, he tested positive for drugs and was in possession of fast flush. Officials say a man lost control of his suv and struck a utility pole killing two women in the vehicle. The driver and another woman were taken to the hospital. Theyre both in serious condition.
