Music is always a go-to way to destress, whether it’s validating our feelings or mellowing us out.
Meditation is a practice of mindfulness and breathing that helps you take a moment for yourself. It doesn’t have to be in-depth, either just taking a few minutes to sit, clear your mind and focus on your breathing can do wonders for your health.
