Her dog was located this morning okay by a hiker. The dog was tied to a tree here in Lagoon Valley park. Unknow how the dog got here. Police are happy that hailey is okay but have a lot of questions. There are number of questions. Obviously a lot has happened since 7 00 last night, and theres strange circumstances here.
