Doctors are cautioning people in Delhi, India against excessive use of steroid eye drops for conjunctivitis (pink eye), which is highly contagious and currently on the rise in the city. Doctors warn that the use of antibiotic eye drops is unnecessary in many cases where hand and facial hygiene can prevent its spread.
