Right now our mind goes to the worst. Whats going on. Fortunately things are under better control now than when we first arrived and at 6 30 this morning it was three story garden style Apartment Building with heavy fire showing from ground level apartment that fire was extending to the upper floors and people were just waking up and going out to the hallway were driven back into apartment from inteps heat. They used ground laders to rescue them from balconies and theyre currently being evaluated by paramedics at this time. It doesnt appear anybody suggestion stained serious injuries. Firefighters have put a good knock on the fire. All visible fire from outside the building was extinguished and however at this time we still continue to conduct searches and knock out any extension that may be in the building. All right and damage to the building is pretty substantial, on terrace level and nowhere for the fire to go but upwards it danaged apartment above as well. All three to four floors

Matthew is charged with abduction with intent to pedophile. Two searches are under way. Reporter thats right. The search for hanna graham continues, but police say they now know who abducted her, the last person to see her alive, jesse matthew. We obtained an arrest warrant for jesse matthew, jr. , of charlottesville charging him with a class 2 felony abduction with the intent to defile. Reporter now, a suspect in the disappearance of hanna graham. He was seen in Surveillance Video following the 18yearold student just after 1 00 saturday. Witnesses saw him with hanna graham at the temple restaurant in the outdoor downtown mall. The chief would not talk about the evidence, but they were waiting for forensic test results for items, including clothing at his apartment and from his chrysler coup.
