We obtained an arrest warrant for jesse matthew, jr. , of charlottesville charging him with a class 2 felony abduction with the intent to defile. Reporter now, a suspect in the disappearance of hanna graham. He was seen in Surveillance Video following the 18yearold student just after 1 00 saturday.
