here on fox business network, jerry, small business, the republicans say, and the democrats as well, are the key to all of this. what s here for small business? well, big tax cut as much as the 50% tax cuts, payroll tax cuts for small business, whether you hire somebody new or you simply raise wages for somebody out there. the administration estimates about 98% of businesses will get this break. so many small businesses. and let me tell you where this comes from. when the president brought out his jobs commission, there was a lot of criticism that it was manned by fortune 500 ceos, ceos of international companies who had done nothing but export jobs over the last decade. they re not hiring people here. when you look at real employment in this country, it s small businesses that do it. i think this actually acknowledges that. i thought it was very interesting within just a couple of minutes of the speech he was already using the phrase, small business, and that s where those jobs ha
viewers. the intelligence community has not confirmed yet that there are these car bombs out there or anything like that. but what they do have is a specific credible threat that such an operation could be undertaken, specifically by al-qaeda. that s where this intelligence is coming in from and that it would be tied not just to 9-11 anniversary, but potentially some sort of receipt tricks for killing retribution for killing osama bin laden. this is obviously very serious. shep: ed henry, john bussy, your thoughts? bin laden s papers in his home when they captured them after they killed bin laden was speculating, discussions about should there be, how would we do it on the anniversary of september 11? it s important to remember that even with the core of al-qaeda having been killed or kind of spread out as a result of bombing campaigns and effective use of troops in pakistan afghanistan, but there are a lot of franchise operations.

but i think the summation by republican senator john mccain in saying when he hears infrastructure spending, tax cuts, he feels like we ve heard this before and john mccain basically said it s the same old whine in new wine in new bottles. shep: we re led to believe that the president is on the move, has left the holding room. the sergeant at arms is about to announce his arrival. mr. speaker, the president of the united states!
