Police have not released her name. A new division will review and identify possible cases involving Wrongful Convictions in iowa. This morning, governor branstad announced the creation of the Wrongful Conviction division in the state public defenders office. While he praised iowas criminal justice system, the move comes after the fbi recently admitted to serious errors in cases involving hair comparison analysis.
