The governor of alabama declared a state of emergency on friday as an ef2 tornado ripped through, destroying some homes and displacing dozens of people and its not over. Reporter in birmingham, alabama, residents spent the day of christmas cleaning up from the tornado that touched down late friday afternoon. An ef2 twister destroying somehow only three homes.
