In a life-threatening situation, one never knows how they’ll react. Some swear they’ll be the first to take action, but most don’t. That was not the case for Douglas Peterson, the rare breed of individual who always took action. It was a trait that came particularly in handy when him and his uncle were on a boat, and his uncle fell off.
