A St. Paul man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for his role in the arson fires at the Minneapolis Police Department s Third Precinct last May.
Brandon Wolfe, 23, in December pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit arson and on Tuesday he was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison, two years of supervised release and ordered to pay $12 million in restitution, the U.S. Attorney s Office says.

A Brainerd man who admitted to helping set a fire at the Minneapolis Police Department s Third Precinct during last May s riots has been sentenced.
Dylan Robinson, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit arson in December 2020, and on Wednesday, April 28, he was sentenced to 48 months (four years) in prison, the U.S. Attorney s Office announced.
Robinson went to the Third Precinct on May 28, 2020, a few days after George Floyd was murdered by police, and breached a fence at the precinct. He lit an object held by an unidentified co-conspirator, who then threw it toward the Third Precinct building.

A 23-year-old man from Brainerd has pleaded guilty to helping set a fire at the Minneapolis Police Department s Third Precinct on May 28.
Dylan Robinson pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit arson, the U.S. Attorney s Office said in a news release. A sentencing date has not been scheduled.
The news release, citing Robinson s guilty plea and court documents, says Robinson the night of May 28 went to the Third Precinct where a crowd of hundreds was gathered.
