SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - On Tuesday, parts of San Diego County were busy cleaning up the damage that was left behind by the winter storm s intense winds.
San Carlos homeowner David Tostado told ABC10 News that his backyard was torn apart. There were terrible winds last night and we could hear it inside the house and then we heard a noise outside. We opened the back patio door and the canopy that covers our patio was getting shredded by the wind, he told us.
