The Kmart store in the Summerdale Plaza in East Pennsboro Township closed in 2018.
Since then, it has been empty but not for long. The store will soon have two occupants. One of the occupants is Tractor Supply, which has signed a leased at the shopping center.
The retail chain sells farm supplies, pet and animal feed and supplies, clothing, tools and more.

AutoZone is coming to the former Kmart space.
AutoZone stores carry lines for cars, sport utility vehicles, vans and light trucks, including new and remanufactured parts, maintenance items and accessories.
Demolition work has been going on inside the building and the roof is being replaced at the former Kmart store.
David Shulick, managing director of the Willner Realty & Development Co., which owns the Summerdale Plaza shopping center said that AutoZone will not take over the entire space. Tractor Supply will also take over part of the former Kmart space.
