PORTSMOUTH – Despite hearing claims of migraines, loss of sleep and astronomical electric bills, a Superior Court judge has denied a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by a group of residents to stop the town's operation of a wind turbine near the high school. Eight abutters who live between 740 and 1,155 feet from the turbine filed a complaint in Superior Court
