San jose police now investigating a pair of unrelated crashes, one involving a man who drove right into a crowd of diners. Abc 7 News Reporter chris nguyen has the story. Reporter this video shows the aftermath of what San Jose Police are calling a tragic accident in which a 69yearold man plowed into diners gathered for dim sum on saturday afternoon. Right now all eindications talking to witnesses is he thought he was using his brake but accelerated.
