It continues right now as we approach the 11 00 hour. We are going to see some pockets of some heavy rain and ive also been watching heavy rain moving closer to the Santa Cruz Mountains. As we get a look at san jose, it is pretty much covered with a moderate downpour. And where we see the yellow indicates some heavier pockets of rain moving through south city and San Francisco. Also across the Golden Gate Bridge and then we go into the north bay where weve seen some rain that has been quite heavy at times with rainfall rates up to 1 4 of an inch of rain per hour. Mostly a steady light rain in parts of the bay area. Heavy rain in oakland and san leandro, moving off towards the north and east. As we go through the rest of the day, this is what the radar could look like. Shows some really heavy rains at times, but there starts to be some breaks as we go into the afternoon.
