Lake County Councilman Dan Dernulc, R-Highland, is closing the book on one chapter of his public service career so he can get started writing the next one.
"This thing smells and I don t like it at all," said Lake County Democratic Chairman Jim Wieser. "Their explanations are so fanciful that it makes no sense."
