PROVIDENCE  In a development rarely seen, doctors past and present at the state hospital are speaking out against the former Raimondo administration s  unethical moves to save money by kicking out patients, closing off admissions and laying off staff. One of the doctors is days away from leaving. The other has already resigned. He was the medical director of the Zambarano campus of the Eleanor Slater Hospital.
