Two doctors one of whom has already resigned, and one of whom is about to leave the hospital have written letters alleging unethical moves to save money by kicking out patients with mental illness, closing off admissions and laying off staff. The developments come a week after Warwick police charged a woman, who had been discharged from Eleanor Slater last year, with setting a fire that displaced 60 apartment residents.
