As mentioned last week, the next Legion Breakfast will be Saturday, May 4, not the usual Sunday breakfast. And, breakfast will be from 7 to 10 a.m. This is a fundraiser to support a local family. While there is always a suggested donation, please.
I am pleased that as we are just starting the new year, the 2024 Hall rental schedule has started with seven dates already booked! The 3,000-foot open Hall has a built-in sound system, hard wired and wireless microphones, WiFi, four large screen TVs.
With the Yard and Craft Sale just less than a couple of weeks away, there is still lots of room on the Common for others to join us with their crafts and their own yard sale. The Common will be open to set up on Friday, Aug. 4 from noon to 5 p.m.
The Legion and Community Yard Sale is back on the Common! Have your summer yard sale with the Legion and take advantage of the high visibility, the marketing of the event, and great food that will be available throughout. Call the Hall at 633-4487.
