He pulled over in the southbound shoulder of i95, when another vehicle that was traveling in the southbound lanes left its lane hitting the police cruiser, then the trooper and the other car that he pulled over. Court documents suggest welch actually went back to the mall after the abduction and talked to police and they let him go. Now in another Court Affidavit released today police say that another of welchs relatives also talked about those bloody duffel bags. She says that they refused welchs request to wash the bloody clothes that were inside those duffel bags. Selling synthetic drugs. The office of the attorney general is shutting down a store owned by william early and hes not the only one getting some attention. This is the only one theyve officially shut down. In one month that store which you can sort of see because it has a green sign on the outside in, one month they will close their doors for an entire year. Today, especially when you consider the number of women who may have been victims of this and not even known it and theyre still out there, victims of 37yearold Kyle Muehlhauser. Hes going to jail now after sentencing today, but the lawsuits have just begun in this case because tomorrows are convinced there are many more victims out there. In court today muehlhauser admitted to video peeping at his restaurant the rams head tavern. He was busted when a hidden camera fell to the floor right in front of one of the victims. She took the camera to police. Today a plea bargain this netted him two partially suspended two year prison sentences. Hell do 90 days in the Howard County jail and do all the time if he violates the conditions of his release, but heres what else prosecutor Joanna Miller revealed today. It happened over the course of three years and we were able to identify multiple bathrooms on the camera that was found by the victim. Reporter so with the potential of other victims out
