And overnight into tomorrow morning in the very least we are looking at snow arriving and theres a winter storm watch highlighted in these bright pink shades along the coastal counties of delaware and new jersey and an advisory has been posted up to the Delaware River and then up through dover in delaware. In all of these areas travel could be difficult especially overnight tonight and then in through tomorrow morning. In terms of whats going on right now, though, again, sunshine a plenty a little later this morning and then this cloud cover that you see welling up from the south in association with that approaching coastal storm will start to overtake us as we go through the day. Temperatures on the way out the door are still qualifying for coat weather definitely and heavy coat at that. 11 degrees in trenton, 16 degrees in philadelphia. 12 in wilmington. These are the areas expecting to see the most impactful snow although even southeastern pennsylvania on some models will also pick up something. As we take a look right now at satellite, youve got plenty of sunshine on the way early but you can see how the clouds are beginning to dig up from the south in association with that approaching noreaster. Temperatures this morning are pretty cold. 16 degrees in philadelphia. And up in allentown, weve managed to dip all the way to 4 degrees under clear skies and all the way down to two in reading. 11 degrees in trenton. 12 in wilmington and 24 in cape may. The big story, of course is the winter storm watch and that approaching noreaster and right now all coastal counties in delaware and south jersey are under a storm watch. This starts this evening, goes all the way until thursday evening and now an advisory has been added in the rest of the south jersey counties all the way up to the i95 corridor. And dover, delaware and kent county delaware also included. This is where most of the snow will likely fall. Although its possible that philadelphia and some parts of southeastern pennsylvania also get something. Ahead of all of this were actually looking at sunshine a little later this morning to start out. And then this cloud cover that you can see welling up and pushing north toward Raleigh North Carolina and into virginia shortly after that will start to overtake us and youre starting to see a little precipitation down south.
