Taste it: The leading lights of the Irish food scene will be descending on Cork next month for the inaugural Ballymaloe Festival of Food. Celebrating 60 years of Ballymaloe House, the three-day food festival includes cooking demos, pop-up dinners, talks and walks with a focus on sustainable local food.
