Taste it: The leading lights of the Irish food scene will be descending on Cork next month for the inaugural Ballymaloe Festival of Food. Celebrating 60 years of Ballymaloe House, the three-day food festival includes cooking demos, pop-up dinners, talks and walks with a focus on sustainable local food. Expect pop-ups from Lee Tiernan of London’s Black Axe Mangal and Nico Reynolds of Lil Portie in the Woodshed Restaurant and cooking demonstrations by the likes of Aishling Moore of Goldie, Marco Pierre White, Lily Ramirez-Foran of Picado Mexican and more.
