As adults we can clearly see that what this teenager did was wrong, and he is going to face whatever legal consequences that may be imposed.

Why do we not have self-charging cars?
Car makers could install a small wind turbine behind the grill of the electric cars which could recharge the battery by the wind created by the moving car.
By charging while moving, the car would go further on the battery and save money and other energy by not needing to re-charge by other means as often.
