from the taxpayers to college endo endowments principally the top 20 schools. i agree. where the market failure needs to be addressed, the federal government is the largest buyer of school tuition. $100 billion in tuition that they pay each year. they re not using that market power to keep tuition rates down. as far as i m concern, if the federal government is going to say i m going to pay about $7,000 per student in aid, i want something in return for the taxpayers, which is a little bit of control in the cost of tuition increases. neil: thanks, dave. stanford school of business. good having you. meantime, in this environment, it will be hard to pay things like baggage fees. they re back and very creative. try $75 for your first bag. yeah, after this.
