INSTEAD, THE APPOINTMENTS FOR THIS EVENT WERE CLAIMED IN-PERSON, AT GROCERY STORES NEAR SEMORAN BOULEVARD. ALL OF THIS IN THE NAME INCREASING ACCESS IN A NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICIALS SAY IS 64% HISPANIC.
